WORKSTREAM 1
Accounting Clean-up
We conduct a short-term effort to bring your financials up to date and to ensure accuracy.
Review how your transactions have been handled to date, applying US GAAP standards and recommending adjustments where necessary.
Reconcile all your credit card and bank statements.
Evaluate your Chart of Accounts and recommend revisions to improve financial reporting and transparency.
Implement agreed-upon modifications to support ongoing accuracy.
Results: Financial Statements that provide you insights and are ready to use for any business need, e.g., filing taxes, taking out a loan, audits, business valuations, and others.
WORKSTREAM 2
Steady State
We provide ongoing monthly support to maintain the integrity of your financial data and to provide insight into your business operations.
Manage your books based on the financial data you provide (e.g., bank and credit card statements, payroll reports, invoices, etc.), ensuring compliance and accuracy Prepare and review a defined set of your financial reports (e.g., Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.) tying your financials to your operations.
Assist with pro forma statements for budget and tax planning purposes.
Results: Your own Finance Department (bookkeeper, controller, tax expert, CFO) as part of your extended team.
