Client-focused and strategically minded, Michelle brings over 30 years of financial and operational leadership across corporate, consulting, and venture-backed environments. With more than 20 years in CFO and COO roles, she has led transformation, strengthened financial operations, and built trusted client partnerships across a wide range of industries. Her career includes roles at Hewlett Packard and American Airlines, executive leadership at a venture-backed company, and serving as a partner at ISG, a global consulting firm.
